SO I played a little tired today, which is usually a bad idea. I managed to get up $70 and stop...mostly because my eyes are closing on me. The workout wasn't all that hard today, just 1 200 3 100's and 3 50's at 100%, but lifting after killed me...not to mention I only got four hours of sleep last night. Anyways, things have worked out for me. I'm no longer part of the 4x400 team and am strictly doing speed workouts. It's cool finally training for what I'm supposed to be training for, however I do miss working out with my friends on the team on a regular basis. Anyways here's some hands of the day.
